1. Scope of Services
Soulmate Chimney & Fireplace provides certified chimney cleaning, sweeping, inspections, relining, waterproofing, masonry repairs, and fireplace installation services. All work is conducted by certified professionals following local safety codes.
2. Scheduling & Access
Homeowners must provide full access to the fireplace and roof structure for chimney services. Appointments are scheduled with a 2-hour window. If access is restricted, rescheduling fees may apply.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for service must be rendered upon completion. We accept secure digital payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Large scale masonry restoration projects may require deposits.
4. Service Guarantees
Our work is backed by our customer satisfaction guarantee. If any safety issues arise within the designated warranty period from the completion date, our certified technicians will return to inspect and rectify the concern.
